These terms govern your use of the Brogrammer website at brogrammer.net and the Brogrammer plugins for JetBrains and VS Code (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or installing the plugin you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Brogrammer is a context backend for AI coding agents via the Model Context Protocol. A paid subscription is required to use the plugin.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since sign-in is via single-use magic links sent to that address. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, if older) to create an account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; your access continues until the end of the current period.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
- A 7-day free trial is offered on new Pro and Team accounts. During the trial you have full access; no card is charged unless you choose to continue after the trial.
- We do not issue pro-rated refunds for mid-period cancellations, but we will always refund a charge made in error. Contact billing@brogrammer.net.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share a single-user subscription across multiple people.
- Reverse-engineer, repackage, or resell the Service.
- Use the Service to violate applicable law or infringe on anyone's rights.
- Attempt to circumvent license enforcement or authentication.
5. License to the plugin
The plugin is licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the plugin on devices you use, for the duration of an active subscription. The plugin source and associated trademarks remain ours.
6. Privacy
Your privacy matters. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and, critically, what we never collect (your source code never leaves your machine).
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
